The fate of 18-year-old Oui (Thitiya Jirapornsilp) and her family is about to change forever when Woranart (Davika Hoorne), an 85-year-old grandmother who vanished over 50 years ago, suddenly reappears as a stunning young woman bearing a mysterious centipede tattoo.
From the day Woranart moves in, all Buddha statues in the house are removed and promptly replaced with a terrifying ancient statue, and soon the family is haunted by an unearthly presence. As Sudaduang (Sinjai Plengpanich) suspects Woranart is behind the horror, her husband, Olarn (Trin Setthachoke), and her two sons seek to expose the true demonic nature of their creepy grandma But a far more terrifying truth awaits, as Oui is being targeted as the chosen heir to inherit Woranart's demonic legacy.
